For all new appointments, we charge your card $50 non refundable deposit in order to hold your spot. this amount will be debited immediately upon payment. you must pay the remaining balance during your scheduled appointment. in the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so on this website or by giving us a call, anytime 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. you will receive a text and email approximately 7-10 days prior to your appointment. out of respect for our artists and their time, you must confirm your appointment at least 24 hours before they are scheduled will be cancelled due to no confirmation. we ask that you please arrive to your appointment on time.
